Our Philosophy
The Georgian Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (GESPEN) was officially founded in 2020 as non-profit scientific society. Our mission is to advance clinical nutrition and the use of parenteral and enteral nutrition throughout Georgia.
We bring together researchers, clinicians, medical professionals, and students from undergraduate to doctoral levels, united by the goal of improving nutritional care, education, and science.
Our work spans:
Developing the field of clinical nutrition in Georgia
Providing continuous education for professionals and permanent educatuin for the general public
Implementing modern international approaches in clinical practice
Adapting global knowledge to national needs
Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration
